Aquaculture Technical Manager

- Perform the role of Ambassador of Vietnamese and World Sea Cuisine of HSHG:

• Passionate about HSHG brand and desire to contribute to building and developing the brand, conveying the brand positioning and brand personality of HSHG.
• Contribute to creating a dynamic, friendly and professional working environment in line with the cultural values ​​and brand personality of HSHG.

- Research and development:

• In-depth research on seafood, especially focusing on factors affecting quality and shelf life such as: salinity, temperature, oxygen content, food, disease, ...
• Develop and implement regulations and processes for farming and preserving seafood suitable for each type, ensuring that seafood is always fresh and of the highest quality.
• Research and apply new technologies and advanced technical solutions to the process of farming and preserving seafood.

• Regularly seek and propose solutions to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Participate in specialized seminars and conferences to update knowledge and new trends.

- System management:

• Manage, operate, and maintain the tank system, water filtration equipment, aerators, and other technical equipment.
• Build, monitor, and control technical indicators to ensure optimal longevity and quality of seafood.
• Conduct periodic inspections to ensure seafood quality always meets standards. Detect and promptly resolve technical problems, ensuring that they do not affect business operations.
• Build and implement a periodic system maintenance and repair plan.
• Propose and implement solutions to upgrade the tank system to increase efficiency and save costs.

- Training and guidance:

• Train and guide the team of technicians to perform tasks according to the correct process.
• Build and develop a technical team, improve professional capacity for staff.

-  Reporting and Consulting:

• Regularly report on the operation of the technical department to the Board of Directors.
• Provide strategic recommendations and advice to improve aquaculture and seafood preservation activities.

- Manage and develop the team:

• Recruit, train, and develop staff.
• Build a professional, dynamic,c and cohesive working environment.
• Resolve personnel-related issues effectively.

• Set an example of self-development and career development by continuously improving knowledge and skills in products, expertise, hard and soft skills, and other aspects of life.
