Job Description
- Assist the Production Director in managing and producing to ensure quantity and quality according to business requirements.
- Ensure quality control of input materials and output products of the company.
- On behalf of the Factory Director, perform related tasks when authorized related to his/her department.
- Operate production activities to ensure cost, efficiency, and production efficiency.
- Ensure quality of input materials and output products of the company.
- Provide technical training, coordinate human resources to ensure quality safety, output, and production efficiency at the company.
- Based on the results and analysis of the situation in the Production Factory to propose, advise, and plan business-related issues for the Factory Director.
- Be responsible for checking and maintaining technical issues and machinery arising in the factory.
- Report weekly, monthly, quarterly and participate in and carry out tasks and projects assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements
- University degree in Food Chemistry Technology, Engineering or related majors in Production.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in office software.
