Job Description

Support the Service team and be responsible for the assigned area;
Ensure service quality according to prescribed standards;
Manage a team of 10 - 15 employees;
Train & guide new employees;
Track orders and inventory;
Support work assignment;
Update and report issues related to the restaurant's service activities.

Job Requirements

6 months - 1 year of experience at Team Leader level or equivalent in the F&B field (experience working in a Japanese restaurant is an advantage);
Basic English or Japanese communication;
Ability to train and develop teams;
Management skills, situation handling skills;
Basic IT, ability to use software;
Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety;
High sense of responsibility, honesty, dynamism.
