Business Operations
- Oversee all departments operations (kitchen, floor and bar)
- Manage daily team briefings and service flow
- Support customer resolution and team motivation.
- Handle customer issues professionally during service
- Supervise quality during peak hours to maintain consistency
Cost & Inventory Control
- Monitor bar/kitchen inventory and assist with restocking
- Place purchase orders provided by each department, assure product arrive on time and with the quality
expected and keep track of the delivery note
- Track sales, waste, and ensure responsible consumption
- Monitor usage, avoid unnecessary waste
- Submit basic cost reports and loss notes if needed
Team Support
- Lead by example and support FOH & bar staff when needed
- Help coordinate scheduling and shift planning
- Mentor junior staff, foster positive work environment
- Create staff schedule and shift assignments• Support recruitment and on-the-job training
- Foster team morale and professionalism
- Conduct basic monthly performance reviews
Reporting & SOP
- Ensure the closing checklist is signed off and logs updated
- Submit weekly report to the owner/operations team
- Help improve service or operation SOPs

Job Requirements
• Minimum 2 year experience in supervisory or lead role in F&B
• Strong communication and team coordination skills
• Experience in purchasing and admin restaurant tasks
• Understanding of cost and scheduling control
• High responsibility and willingness to support in operations
• Can work evenings, weekends, and lead by example
• Good English skills and upselling strategies is a plus
