Job Description
We are looking for a responsible floor manager to be in charge of great responsibilities for one of the most exciting restaurant in town.
You will be in charge of:
- Recruiting, training and supervising staff, planning menus, managing budgets
- Handling customer enquiries and complaints, taking reservations, greeting customers
- Preparing sales reports, improving profitability, setting targets
- Handling administration and paperwork
- Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant
- Late working hours
Job Requirements
- Experience working in hotel, high end lounge bar and restaurants
