These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, platform and services provided by Hufr ("we", "us", "our"), a recruitment company registered in Vietnam at Số 4 Nguyễn Đình Chiểu, Ho Chi Minh City.
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Vietnamese law.
Some features require account registration. You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Employers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their job postings. All postings must comply with Vietnamese labor law, including the Labor Code (Law No. 45/2019/QH14) and regulations on employment services. We reserve the right to review, edit or remove any posting that violates these Terms or applicable law.
All content, design, trademarks and technology on the Service are the property of Hufr or its licensors and are protected under Vietnam's Intellectual Property Law (Law No. 36/2009/QH12, as amended). You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
By submitting content (such as job postings or profiles), you grant Hufr a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display and distribute that content in connection with the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use and protect your personal data in compliance with Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 91/2025/QH15). You may exercise your data rights through our Data Rights page.
Certain services may be subject to fees. We will notify you of any applicable fees before you incur them. All fees are stated in Vietnamese Dong (VND) unless otherwise specified and are subject to applicable taxes under Vietnamese tax law.
To the maximum extent permitted by Vietnamese law, Hufr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or 2,000,000 VND, whichever is greater.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by other users, including job postings and applicant profiles. We are not a party to any employment contract formed through the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, accuracy or completeness of the Service. We do not guarantee that you will find employment or candidates through the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or applicable law. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, but provisions that by their nature should survive (such as limitations of liability and governing law) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, including but not limited to the Civil Code (Law No. 91/2015/QH13), the Commercial Law (Law No. 36/2005/QH11), and the Labor Code (Law No. 45/2019/QH14).
Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent People's Court of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under Vietnamese law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
