No, all our services are free for the applicants.

We are specialized in hospitality, but it is never too late to start your career. Of course you will have to start in junior positions. Send us your resume and we can advise you on your career choices.

We always have new positions available, and if your profile is interesting for one of our client, we can also offer him your services. Complete your profile and send us your resume, an opportunity might come!

We don’t call all the applicants, check your email inbox, you should find a message from us.

It depends on your skills and qualifications, sometimes we can schedule an interview for the next day, and sometimes it can be a little longer.

Our goal is to find the best balance between your qualifications and the salary offered for the position, we care about the applicant’s well-being and we know salary is important.

The minimum rounds of interview is 2, sometimes our clients need to schedule another round to refine their choice.

For our clients:

  • You sign the service agreement and send the job description.
  • We will select the applicants and conduct the first interviews. When we find a qualified applicant, we will send you his resume.
  • If you are interested we will schedule the interview.
  • When you want to hire the applicant we will organize all the details.

We usually send you an invoice two weeks after the applicant was hired.

In order to start recruiting with Hufr, you need to sign the search agreement and send us the job descriptions. Contact us and we will send you the agreement as soon as possible.

Yes, all our applicants are guaranteed to pass the probationary period or we will replace it one time for free.

You only pay after you hire an applicant. No risks in trying our services.

No, you only pay for our services if we find the applicant.

If you are not happy with the hired applicant, we can find a replacement within the probationary period. We will replace one time for free.

We do not publish the client’s information on our website, but the position will be publicly available on our frontpage.
