The Kitchen Staff will support the Chef and kitchen team in daily food preparation, cooking, mise en place, and kitchen operations. The role ensures ingredients and dishes are prepared according to quality, hygiene, and food safety standards while maintaining a clean and efficient working environment.

Job Requirements

Previous experience in a Western / European cuisine kitchen is preferred.
Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
Able to work flexible shifts, including evening and split shifts.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
Good personal hygiene and a strong sense of food safety.
Available to start work immediately is preferred.
