The Site Supervisor oversees the day-to-day construction activities on assigned projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating site teams and subcontractors, monitoring project progress, managing resources, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring compliance with construction regulations while delivering projects within the approved budget and meeting client expectations.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree in Civil & Industrial Construction, Architecture, or a related field.

- Male, under 35 years old.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in office interior fit-out/construction projects, or at least 1 year of experience in an equivalent position.

- Strong knowledge of construction materials, construction methods, and site execution techniques.

- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.

Able to read and understand technical documents in English.

- English communication skills are an advantage.
