Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional, visionary General Manager to lead the exclúive fine dining establishment in Vietnam.

As the General Manager, you will be the driving force behind curating an unparalleled gastronomic journey with an exclusive dining atmosphere. You will oversee all pre-opening logistics—from operational setup and recruitment to brand positioning—and subsequently manage daily operations to achieve commercial success and acclaim.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 - 5 – 8 + years of senior management experience in luxury F&B, with a strong preference for candidates with a 5-star hotel background (e.g., F&B Director / Restaurant General Manager in luxury international brands).

  • Proven, demonstrable experience in pre-opening projects for fine dining or Michelin-starred / luxury restaurant concepts.

  • Deep understanding of high-end international service standards, wine pairing (WSET certification is a strong plus), and luxury guest expectations.

  • Strong financial acumen (P&L management, labor cost optimization, inventory control).

  • Familiarity with the luxury market dynamic and guest demographic in Vietnam (or Southeast Asia) is highly advantageous.

  • Fluent in both written and speaking English.

  • Impeccable personal grooming, executive presence, and refined interpersonal skills.

  • Adaptable leadership style capable of bridging international luxury standards with local culture and talent.
