Mô tả công việc

  • Smiling and serving each guest respectfully, swiftly, and efficiently with a positive/friendly attitude.
  • Answering the phone and taking food and beverage orders from guests.
  • Inputting orders from waitstaff and phone calls.
  • Managing the cash drawer and accurately handling cash and credit card payments, making changes, and counting money.
  • Counting the cash drawer at the beginning of the shift to ensure the amount is correct.
  • Counting down the drawer at the end of the shift and ensuring all totals balance.
  • Communicating with guests and answering questions.
  • Following instructions from a direct superior.
  • Collecting payments whether in cash or credit.
  • Greeting customers when entering or leaving the restaurant.
  • Maintaining clean and tidy checkout areas.
  • Performing other tasks assigned by the Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must be able to accurately handle cash and credit card payments.
  • Must have a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Must be able to work shifts in the AM, PM, or split shift.
