Waiter/Waitress

We are looking for an Enthusiastic and confident WAITRESS in Sai Gon who is able to provide the best customer service to our customers. 

Responsible: 

• Greeting guests upon arrival
• Taking orders
• Giving recommendation and answer questions from customers
• Providing high quality and attentive service to customers following company standards.
• Maintaining and keeping high level of cleanliness
• Having an effective communication among working colleagues
• Interacting and creating relation with customers
• Collecting customers feedback and report to the restaurant manager or head chef when needed
• Checking and billing, handle cash and credit card procedures according to the guidelines
• Perform various front of house duties
• Ensure a smooth communication between front and back of house
• Keep a positive and professional approach with customers and co-workers

• Vietnamese females from 18yo
• Minimum 6 months of experience at similar establishment as waitress or hostess
• Knowledge of F&B, hospitality
• Basic English speaking and writing necessary
• Good personal appearance
• Able to work in fast paced environment
• Flexible working time depending on business level

Working hours: 

• Morning shift: 6am - 2pm 
• Evening shift: 2pm - 10pm
• One day off per week except weekend and holidays
