Production Executive

We are seeking a Production Executive for an Apparel production factory in HCMC, Vietnam. Reporting to the Manager, the position requires managerial capability in fashion & apparel production, operations, and QC. 

Based in Gò Vấp, HCMC

Key Products Bags Master: 01

Responsibilities:

● Know how to create sewing patterns for handbags, and backpacks (leather and fabric...)

● Ability to manage and urge workers to produce orders to meet delivery time.

● Manage processes and quality in order production.

● Understanding of materials used to make bags and backpacks.

● Able to analyze handbag samples to serve sample sewing and production orders.

● Have relationships and the ability to find suppliers for production (sewing machines, threads, rolling pins, ready-to-wear materials, etc.)

● Understanding of machines in the leather backpack and handbag sewing industry.

● Know how to maintain machinery in the factory.

● Perform other tasks as requested by the director.

Key Products Socks Master: 01

Responsibilities:

● Based on a design or an existing sock, write a program and set up the machine to produce the required finished product.

● Manage and build the socks production process (hair ties, bandages, etc.) from start to finish and shipping schedule.

● Monitor finished product quality control processes, and control the quality and accuracy of all details, materials, manufacturing processes, and other related issues.

● Manage and supervise socks sewing workers, responsible for sourcing and recruiting workers according to the factory's development requirements.

● Coordinate with the human resources department in disseminating and supervising employees to properly implement the company's rules, regulations, and policies; Participate in evaluating capacity, skills, productivity, and level of work completion; Participate in disciplinary actions and rewards; Coordinate the implementation of regulations on working hour management.

● Direct the appropriate use of equipment, machinery, raw materials, and fuel daily, ensuring correct procedures and technical rules to ensure productivity, quality, and reasonable costs.

● Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products and ensure there are enough supplies to meet customer orders.

● Perform other tasks as requested by the Board of Directors
