We are open to the recruitment of a talented and enthusiastic to work for the Bar Manager position
Level: Manager
Employment Type: Fulltime

Based in Mac Thi Buoi, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
Responsibilities:
- Manage the operation and business aspects of the bar, negotiating supplier contracts, taking inventory and reordering supplies, managing budgets, and setting goals.
- Control Cost for the bar/ kitchen
- Handle customers’ complaints and arising problems
- Hiring and training staff to provide excellent service to patrons.
- Creating effective schedules and quickly resolving conflicts ensures the bar is well-staffed during peak hours.
- Setting and enforcing quality and safety controls
- Working with diverse personalities both on the staff and patrons.
- Planning and taking part in promotional events.
- Suggesting new items on the menu
- Maintaining and repairing facilities and decorations
- Maintaining a fun, safe atmosphere for patrons.
Phúc lợi
Salary: 15 - 20M + Allowance
Working hours: 4 pm - Late night, 6 days/week

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 3 years experience in restaurant/ bar management.
- Strong understanding of restaurant/bar operation and accounting principles.
- Microsoft Office, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Fluent English
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to diffuse tense situations and resolve conflicts.
- Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Effectively delegate responsibilities and maximize resources.
