Job Description:

• Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate and detailed customer information regarding products, services, and inquiries.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms promptly and professionally.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively and on time.
• Enter and update data into computer systems accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as Operation and Kitchen, to fulfill special requests or requirements.
• Provide feedback to supervisors regarding customer trends, issues, or potential areas of improvement
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and teamwork.
