Floor Captain

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Restaurant Captain to join our team.

• Working hours: 9 Am to 5 PM, 4 PM to 11 PM or (10 AM - 2 PM, 6 PM to 11 PM)
• Salary: 8 - 10M

Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee the front-of-house operations, ensuring high standards of service.

- Supervise and train serving staff to deliver excellent customer service.

- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service.

- Greeted and seated guests took reservations, and managed table assignments.

- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism.

- Monitor dining room activities and ensure a smooth flow of service.

- Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.

- Uphold health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.

- Manage reservations and ensure efficient seating arrangements.

- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for improved service.

- Handle billing and payments accurately and efficiently.

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff members.
