  • Location: Mac Thi Buoi, Ben Nghe, HCMC

Responsibilities:

As a Spa Staff member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the spa facilities. Your duties will include:

  • Greeting and welcoming spa guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assisting clients with spa service inquiries and bookings.
  • Performing various spa treatments such as massages, facials, body wraps, and manicures/pedicures.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in treatment rooms and common areas.
  • Upholding high standards of hygiene and sanitation.
  • Monitoring and replenishing spa supplies.
  • Handling customer payments and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborating with other staff members to ensure a positive spa experience for guests.
  • Following all spa policies and procedures to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Previous experience in a spa or hospitality setting is preferred 
  • Commit to work for at least 1 year after training
  • English Communication
  • Certification in relevant spa treatments is a plus.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
