Our projects are mid to high-end scale -residential projects. The most important requirements for this job are developing excellent concepts, accurate shop drawings, and experience in managing the team.
- Meet clients and persuade them to sign design contracts via Concept
- Working with the Design Manager to visualize the Design Concept through 3D Max, Sketch up
- Work and lead team members to develop Design concepts & 3D renderings
- Make shop drawings for construction and furniture through AutoCAD, X-Ref
- Have experience in reality at work site

Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 3 years experience in Design Work as a Team leader.
- Professional Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline.
- Proficiency in 3D Max, Sketch Up, Vray, AutoCAD, X-ref.
- Good sense of furniture styling, and space arrangement.
- Be able to draw furniture models.
- Humble and can-do attitude.
- Must be able to communicate in English effectively.
- Proactive, good communication skills, good management skills, passionate about delivering good design and quality of interior work.

- Intermediate to Advanced English skills for communication and presentation
