Mô tả công việc
- Analyze and calculate project volume
- Prepare and manage interior construction cost estimates
- Prepare volume and quote for interior construction
- Read and understand construction drawings, and prepare interior construction cost estimates, and total estimated costs.
- Manage internal records and documents on the estimating profession
- Make quotes arising during the construction phase (if any)
- Monitor order progress, enter data into the software
- Monitor supplier documents
- Other tasks required by the board of directors

Yêu cầu công việc
- Qualification: College degree or higher
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction economics, Interior estimating, Civil construction
- Work experience: 1 year in a similar position
- Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting skills
- Expertise in BOQ and Cost Planning
- Relevant experience in Quantity Surveying
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Foreign language skills: Reading and understanding drawings in English is an advantage
- Office computer skills: Know how to use Office, Autocad, and estimating software
- Communication skills: Ability to communicate well and receive information accurately
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
