Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are open to the recruitment of a talented and enthusiastic employee to work for the Assistant Restaurant Manager position.

• Salary: 10 - 12 million VND + Bonus + Allowances
• Working hours: 4 pm - 00 pm, 6 days/week
• Based in Nguyen Cong Tru, Binh Thanh, HCMC

Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Supervising and coordinating the activities of restaurant staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Customer Service: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and resolving customer complaints or issues.
• Training and Development: Training new employees and providing ongoing training for existing staff to maintain high standards.
• Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels, ordering supplies, and managing food and beverage costs.
• Shift Scheduling: Creating and managing employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak times.
• Vendor Relations: Managing relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients and supplies.
• Problem Solving: Addressing any issues or conflicts that may arise during daily operations and finding solutions to ensure smooth functioning.
• Report Generation: Compiling and analyzing sales reports, financial data, and other relevant information to assess performance and make informed decisions.
• Quality Control: Ensuring that food and beverages meet quality standards and conducting regular inspections to maintain consistency.
• Communication: Maintaining open communication with the Restaurant Manager, staff, and other team members to foster a positive work environment.
• Adherence to Policies: Ensuring that all staff members adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards at all times.
