Pizza Chef

We are seeking a skilled and creative Pizza chef to join our team at a prestigious Italy Restaurant

Salary: 10- 12M + Tip/ Allowance/ SVC

Working hours: 10-15h & 17-22h,  off 1 day/week 

Location: Hưng Gia 3, Tân Phong, D7, HCM.

Job Description

Pizza Preparation:

• Prepare pizza dough from scratch using traditional Italian recipes.
• Hand-stretch and shape dough to create pizza bases of uniform thickness.
• Apply toppings such as tomato sauce, cheese, meats, and vegetables in appropriate quantities.

Pizza Baking:

• Operate pizza ovens and ensure they are at the correct temperature.
• Monitor baking times to achieve the desired level of crispiness and doneness.
• Rotate pizzas in the oven to ensure even cooking.

Menu Development:

• Assist in developing new pizza recipes and variations.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create seasonal or special pizzas.
• Ensure consistency in the quality and taste of pizzas across all orders.

Quality Control:

• Inspect ingredients for freshness and quality before use.
• Taste test pizzas to ensure they meet flavor and presentation standards.
• Monitor portion sizes and maintain consistency in pizza sizes.

Kitchen Operations:

• Organize workstations and maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen environment.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service.
• Communicate effectively with servers to fulfill orders accurately and timely.

Monitor and manage food inventory.

Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
