We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Restaurant Purchasing to oversee the procurement process for our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality ingredients, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely deliveries to maintain the restaurant's high standards of quality while optimizing costs.

Salary: 12 - 15M + Allowance/ SVC

Working hours: 8 am - 4:30 pm (Monday to Friday)

Location: Ngo Quang Huy, Thao Dien, D2

Job Description

• Source and procure high-quality ingredients, supplies, and equipment for the restaurant.
• Identify and establish relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors to ensure consistent product quality.
• Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with suppliers to achieve cost efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to understand menu requirements and preferences for ingredients.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and product availability.
• Analyze supplier proposals, bids, and quotations to make informed purchasing decisions.
• Manage the purchase order process and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
• Track and report on purchasing activities, costs, and inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards in all purchases.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
