We are seeking a professional and service-oriented Assistant Restaurant Manager with strong wine knowledge to join a fine dining restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City. The ideal candidate has solid experience in fine dining restaurant operations, a strong understanding of service standards and operational procedures, and a genuine passion for wine. This role combines daily restaurant management with wine service, food pairing, and guest experience enhancement.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant operations in a similar role, preferably in fine dining or high-end F&B establishment.

- Previous experience as a Supervisor, Captain, or Assistant Restaurant Manager is preferred.

- Thorough understanding of fine dining service standards.

- Solid wine knowledge; WSET Level 2 or higher. Able to confidently introduce and recommend wines to guests.

- Proficiency with POS and CRM systems.

- Good communication and leadership skills.

- Fluent English skills.

- Professional, attentive, and guest-oriented.

- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
