The Fine Dining Server is responsible for delivering an extraordinary, seamlessly orchestrated culinary experience to every guest. Acting as both an ambassador of the kitchen and a master of hospitality, the Server guides guests through multi-course tasting or à la carte menus, articulates complex preparation methods, offers expert beverage pairings, and manages table flow with subtle precision. The ideal candidate possesses deep culinary and enological knowledge, refined poise, and an innate ability to anticipate guest needs.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Previous experience as a front-of-house roles like captains, front waiters, back waiters, food runners in fine dining, hospitality, or high-end service is preferred.
- Experience handling POS systems and payment transactions is an advantage.
- Strong customer service and hospitality mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good attention to detail, particularly when handling bills and payments.
- Friendly, polished, and professional appearance.
- Calm and confident when interacting with guests.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Honest, responsible, and reliable when handling cash and financial transactions.
- Willingness to work closely with a small team in a fine dining environment.
