Yêu cầu công việc
- Previous experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, Cashier, Front Office, or Guest Relations in fine dining, hospitality, or high-end service is preferred.
- Experience handling POS systems and payment transactions is an advantage.
- Strong customer service and hospitality mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good attention to detail, particularly when handling bills and payments.
- Friendly, polished, and professional appearance.
- Calm and confident when interacting with guests.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Honest, responsible, and reliable when handling cash and financial transactions.
- Willingness to work closely with a small team in a fine dining environment.
