Cashier

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist

Based on Vo Van Tan, D3, HCMC

Responsibilities:

Cashier (70%)

• Pay the bill for the supplier/ issue invoice,...
• Record amounts received and prepare reports of transactions;
• Read and record the total shown on shift reports and verify again on total number of cash and card transactions;
• Report shifts and secure the money safely;
• Ensure all cash/card transactions are accurate;
• Make changes, cash changes, and issue receipts to the Guests;

Receptionist (30%)

• Greeting guests politely and escorting them to their respective tables, pulling seats for them, and ensuring that they are comfortable.
• Remember regular guests, and where possible address them by name.
• Assist in answering all telephone calls and taking reservations of the guests in a polite and effective manner
• Assist the service staff during peak time 
• Properly record all sales transactions of food and beverage;
• Print out bills accordingly and present them nicely in the folder;
• Keep the work area tidy and clean
