Job Description
We are open to recruiting a talented and enthusiastic employee to work for the Assistant Manager position.
Based in Binh Thanh, HCMC
Responsibilities:
- Manage all activities in a shift at the restaurant.
- Manage all restaurant activities in working shifts: Control service, food quality, and delivery quality (any if); Recognize and give solutions for all problems or customer complaints, report and ask for SM’s support if something is out of control.
- Check, and confirm bills/invoices
- Check and ensure the bar book, kitchen, and cash book are correct.
- Control the cost of electricity, water, gas ... in a scientific and safe way
- Incharge or arrange people to receive material/products from factories, suppliers, or other stores (if any).
- Staffing & coaching performance of staff.
- Manage staff to carry out the company rules, regulations...
- Perform other duties as required by management
