Mediterranean. We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and reliable Chef to lead our kitchen, delivering exceptional à la carte dining while also creating buffet and canapé menus for our frequent private events.

- 4-5 years of experience in a Head Chef or senior kitchen role.
- Strong expertise in Western cuisine.
- Experience in menu development, buffet, and canapé-style catering.
- Leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a team.
- Knowledge of cost control, inventory, and kitchen operations.
