In this position, you will be on your feet all day. You should make sure to buy some comfortable shoes. Servers are people people. They love to help out and any request is an honor. Any training in the industry is a plus and you must have good customer service skills.
-Handle plates
-Take orders
-Input requests correctly into the machine with all necessary modifications to the dishes
-Collaborate with the hostess to seat guests
-Pack up take out orders
-Be efficient in managing the timeliness of orders with multiple tables
-Process payments and welcome guests back to the establishment
People with a can-do attitude are a must. We want you to be ready to take any required courses as well such as WHIMIS.
This job is paid through an hourly rate. You will then have the opportunity as well to earn tips on tables. There may be a small tip-out to assisting staff at the end of the night.
