The Waiter is a front-of-house role in restaurants, hotels, and cafés across Vietnam, responsible for greeting guests, taking orders accurately, delivering food and beverages, and handling payment. Strong communication and a friendly attitude matter more than formal experience for entry-level positions.
No formal experience required for entry-level positions; prior F&B experience is a plus. Friendly, presentable, and able to work standing shifts including evenings/weekends. Basic English useful in tourist-facing venues.
Base salary plus tips/service charge, staff meals, and flexible or full-time shift options depending on the employer.
